Bluemoon’s new SocialFi mobile app links a Solana wallet, creator feed and 3D avatar engine. The challenge: migrate its 140 000-person wait-list into real installs, then ignite viral loops that grew Discord past 80,000.

A Telegram Mini-App dropped side-quests—mint a 3D space, share the link, claim xBLUE coins—pulling users into daily habit loops. Top clans earned banner spots inside the feed, fuelling competition.
Discord bots tracked clan XP in real time; weekly “Creator Spotlight” lives brought KOLs on-air to critique builds and airdrop NFT badges. A four-email drip—waitlist hello → install nudge → quest tips → referral prompt—converted 46 % of sign-ups inside two weeks.
