Project Overview

Bluemoon lets brands and fans build custom 3-D venues in minutes. For the Innova-T LATAM tech summit, goal was hybrid scale: avatars inside the verse, stream viewers online, guests on site. Pre-audit showed strong crypto buzz but limited reach in mainstream tech, calling for cinematic teasers, KOL verse tours and NFT ticket funnels.

  • Targeted enterprise tech pros, crypto fans, LATAM influencer hubs.
  • Funnel: VR trailer → NFT ticket → calendar add → Metaverse entry.

Execution

YouTube bumpers teased the summit’s digital twin, then “build-with-me” KOL tours streamed room creation, while daily countdown shorts showcased speakers and sponsors. Meta look-alike ads retargeted every visitor into NFT ticket claims at $0.27 CPT.

Discord quests—treasure hunts, meme battles, avatar runways—kept hype rolling all week.On launch day Streamyard simul-cast panels to X and LinkedIn; a live leaderboard over the main stage rewarded booth check-ins, POAP grabs and selfie shares.

  • 2,000 NFT avatars minted; blended CPM stayed below $9 across Meta + YouTube.
  • Quest engine logged 9 000 sponsor-booth visits.

Results

Summit day delivered 2 000 avatars, 4 000 streams and 500 + IRL guests; average watch-time hit forty-two minutes and peaked at 3 800 during the AI-for-5G panel
