Project Overview

$TRUFF, the meme-coin arm of Truffle’s ecosystem, needed a headline-grabbing debut that would pull liquidity, trend on DEXTools and convert holders into future game and bot users. Pre-launch chatter lived inside a few Solana groups, but broader awareness was thin. Our audit flagged timing cadence and creator alignment as the growth levers to unlock.

  • Built a “chain-reaction” schedule: 10-minute post windows, pooled hashtag, live leaderboard tracking clicks in real time.

Execution

A two-day KOL relay kicked off at midnight UTC: every ten minutes another influencer dropped a thread, chart screenshot or meme video linking to the Birdeye pair. Each post carried a Smart-Link that tagged wallet clicks and fired retargeting pixels to X and Google.


Alongside the relay, we ran paid display to anyone who liked, quoted or clicked. Discord mods hosted countdown voice chats, answering questions and seeding LP how-tos. Liquidity incentives rewarded early pool adds with bonus TRUFF, locking depth before snipers arrived.
